Premier Athletes

Founded by Sly Johnson a former NFL player of the Detroit’s Lions began his true calling when he started to coach and train after work in 2006. Trying to help one athlete in process began attracting others as they notice his progress and wanted to receive the same training. Beginning in a park with one student, now with over 100 students, 3 coaches who all are past NFL players and practicing on a professional football field Premier Athletes has excel rapidly into one of the best football training academies seen in South Florida.

Sly Johnson

Sly Johnson is the founder and owner of Premier Athletes. Johnson is a local guy (Scott Lake) guy that attended Miami Pace & Miramar High who then went on to be an “All American” football player at the Miami University of Ohio. Johnson then went to play for the Detroit Lions before finding his way back home to Florida for his true calling. Johnson started training in his spare time after work in 2006 with one athlete (Daniel Braverman) in where “Premier Athletes” true beginnings lay. Daniel Braverman was just drafted by the Chicago Bears in the 2016 NFL Draft. He is the first of hopefully many for Coach Sly.
