Quick answers before you start training

Do I have to be “in shape” in order to workout at PER4ORM?

Absolutely not! Our performance coaches are trained to tailor any type or workout or exercise for each and every individual. If you’re inexperienced inside the gym, we can make the exercise/workout easier to do. If you’re a seasoned veteran inside gym walls, we can make any exercises/workout more difficult for you.

No, PER4ORM is not CrossFit. Here at PER4ORM, we have designed and implemented programs that mimic the way us former athletes used to train when we were in college and high school. We run fast, move swiftly, lift free weights safely, and push our bodies to the limits in our circuits. It is NOTHING like CrossFit… it’s better 😉

Yes. PER4ORM offers a full Recovery Room with myofascial release, cupping, scraping, flossing, stretching, massage techniques, and NormaTec compression. We also have a dedicated Pilates studio for core strength, mobility, and flexibility training.

Yes. We offer student, military, and service discounts for our ASP membership.

Note: You must show up with proof of employment or proof of being a student to qualify.
