Sports Performance Group (SPG)
Here at PER4ORM, we have developed a program tailored to Middle and High School athletes ONLY, offered five days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) from 5-6pm on year round schedule.
Sports Performance Group training is a 1 hour session, five days a week. The schedule is listed below.
Sports Performance Group training is designed to be modified for different age groups so that each athlete is getting the proper training that they need. For example, a high school athlete will do different exercises than a middle school athlete to ensure that we outweigh the risks with a smarter, more rewarding training tactic.
Please Note: This is not for Elementary school athletes. They will need to do an evaluation for 1on1 sessions.
Sports Performance Group Schedule
Monday: 5pm, Lower Body Strength
Tuesday: 5pm, Lateral Agility
Wednesday: 5pm, Upper Body Strength
Thursday: 5pm, Linear Speed
Friday: 5pm, Full Body Strength
Package Options
1 Day Drop-In: $20 (per hour)
10 Pack of Sessions: $150 (expires after 2 months after the purchase date)
Monthly Unlimited Membership: $225 (expires after 1 month after the purchase)
