The PER4ORM classes are trainer lead group sessions. We offer classes for every level, whether you’re just getting back into shape or pushing toward peak performance. Every session is rooted in the same core values of movement, strength, confidence, and community. We prioritize proper technique, mobility, and progressive programming so you can build strength safely, avoid injury, and feel results that extend far beyond the gym.

RIPT (Resistance, Interval and Performance Training)

RIPT classes are high-energy workouts that blend strength training with heart-pumping intervals that keep your body challenged and your mind fully engaged. The vibe is electric, the music is powerful and the trainers provide constant encouragement, expert guidance, and that extra push, right when you need it. This isn't just a workout, it's a full-on experience that leaves you stronger, energized, and always wanting more. These classes are designed with completely modifiable parts. With the assistance of the trainers you can easily adjust as you go to modify things in a way that works just right for you. Just tell them what you need, or don't need, and they'll customize just for you.

DIESEL STRENGTH CLASS

Diesel Strength is a group resistance training class with a big impact. Led by an expert trainer, Diesel Strength takes you where you've never been — improving technique, focusing on form, and pushing your limits in a fun, supportive and challenging environment. The coaching is personalized, and the results are powerful.

Schedules, sign-ups, and what to expect

How long are workout classes at PER4ORM?

Each workout class and personal training session is 60 minutes long.

There is no cancellation fee. All we ask is that you let us know at least 7 days before your auto pay due date by emailing us at [email protected]. Just tell us your name and why you are cancelling.

The workout class schedule is always posted above on our website. 

We request that you don’t just show up. Instead, download our app, create an account and book a class to make sure you secure a spot.

Yes, we cap our classes at 16-32 depending on the class. 

For more information please contact us. 

Availability opens up the day before the class you want to take. To check into a class taking place on Monday, you may check in on Sunday.

No. We limit class size so we can deliver the best possible experience.

We don’t offer that because Per4orm is about guided instruction and one on one training.
