Adult Sports Performance (ASP)

Here at PER4ORM, we have designed and implemented a training program that mimics the way we former athletes used to train back when we were in either high school or college. Remember how great of shape you were in then? Well, it’s because of the way you used to train.

You didn't just walk into a commercial fitness center and use the treadmill for a warmup and stationary machines as your workout. You ran fast, moved swiftly, lifted free weights, and pushed your body to its limit. Well, that’s exactly what our sports performance training program is going to do for you. 

The Adult Sports Performance class runs on 8-week programs that target different areas such as strength, speed, agility, and conditioning. We cap the class at 32 athletes on full body days, and 24 athletes on all other days, to ensure that each and every one of them receives the hands-on performance training that they deserve. Trust us when we say: you have never experienced a training session like this!

Monday: Lower Body Circuit: 545am, 7am, 815am, 9:30am, 445pm, 6pm & 7:15pm

Tuesday: Upper Body Strength: 545am, 7am, 815am, 9:30am, 445pm, 6pm & 7:15pm

Wednesday: Full Body Circuit: 545am, 7am, 815am, 9:30am, 445pm, 6pm & 7:15pm

Thursday: Lower Body Strength: 545am, 7am, 815am, 9:30am, 445pm, 6pm & 7:15pm

Friday: Upper Body Circuit: 545am, 7am, 815am, 9:30am, 445pm & 6pm

Saturday: Full Body Circuit: 8am, 9:15am & 1030am
